Galaxy Nexus w/2 batts, hard case & soft silicon cover

Verizon is allowing me to early terminate free of charge due to a local tower issue by my home. Translation you get a good Galaxy Nexus at a discount price. One stock battery and cover. One extended battery with cover. One hard case (black) and a black soft silicone case. Couple screen protectors and its original box with manuals. Comes with charger/USB cable.

Damage description

You get a good shape Galaxy Nexus with one minor scratch on the screen. I'd call it a scuff. You can only see it with the screen off and it tilted in bright light. Other then that its flawless. There is no other issues or damage to the phone.

Is the scratch the "horizontal" scratch in the picture, or what looks to be a "scuff" at the top of the screen. The scuff may just be a finger print or something I'm seeing?

The scratch/scuff is the line the other thing at the top of the screen is my thumbprint. The scratch is really not even noticeable unless the phone screen is off. It is very light.
