Completely wiped and fresh install of Lollipop (Android 5). It is also unlocked. This is the 16 GB model, purchased 8/2012. The device has rarely left my house and is in very clean cosmetic condition with just normal wear and tear.

Shaya, I installed the official Google LRX21P image of Lollipop using the NRT. Too late to go out in today's mail, but it will ship tomorrow. Since I'm not too far from you, you may see this Wed or Th. Enjoy the device.
