The only flaw I noticed is the Phone has a tiny nick on the front plastic bezel to the right of the A in the Motorola name. The Phone has been in a Verizon Shell/Holster Case and has had a Screen Protector installed since it was new. The Micro USB Charging Port and Phone function flawlessly. The Screen has no flaws or scratches. The Phone hasn't been used in a year, but has been stored as a Back-Up phone.
