In the description, are you saying that the phone can be rooted or is it already rooted? If it is can you revert it back to the stock HTC Sense?

@James Moore, $500 is fine. I would prefer if you buy as is, and I will issue a paypal refund for the difference. I have been screwed in the past when dropping the price on combined items on swappa.
