This was purchased for my wife. She would rather have a smaller and less complicated phone. It is in excellent condition and comes with original box, a/c charger, usb cable. OS is Android 4.4 KitKat. A Speck protective cover is also included.

Oka, it is a common problem of the camera where the camera takes photos with some purple on it.
How far are you willing to go down in price?

I do not know, nor do I know how to find out. I would imagine that AT&T or T-Mobile could answer your question.

No carrier. I mention AT&T and T-Mobile because they are nationwide carriers. SIM cards from other carriers may well work - but you would have to contact the carrier you choose. It is a GSM network phone. It has 4G connectivity. SIM cards from European carriers may also work.
