Phone is in good condition, spent most of its life in the included OtterBox Commuter. Cosmetically thanks to the case it is in good shape. The case itself has marks on it and shows signs of use. The phone has no water damage and has functions just fine. It was my daily driver for 2 years until I upgraded. It has never been rooted or had a ROM flashed; it's just as if you got it from the store.
Includes: original box, phone, Otterbox Commuter case, 2 batteries (original + 3rd party), and a car charger w/ cable. Does not include the wall charger, but of course it works with any micro USB charger.

**The phone is UNLOCKED for any GSM carrier. Because the contract was complete, I got the unlock code from AT&T and successfully unlocked it.
