Hello, I have a few questions.

1. What is the model number on the phone?
2. Storage: 16 GB + SD slot?
3. Embedded battery or user-replaceable? (Swappa's spec sheet says yes.)
4. Swappa's spec sheet says "3.5 mm Audio Jack - No", but that has to be wrong. Am I correct about that?
5. If you used this phone yourself, what is the condition of the battery?

This listing, XHN157, links to "Droid Razr (Verizon)", but your own description says Droid Razr Maxx, so that's a big part of my question above, and I can't exactly tell which one it is by the pictures. Thanks.
