3. You also will get 1 screen protector for the iphone( choose from anti-glare and crystal clear on paypal note).

iphone had very minor hair scratches on the screen, there are two in the iphone that are not visible unless you put attention. see for pics.
Comes with box, but accessories are not included.

you will need only your Android micro usb cable and wall adapter if you chose to use the case ONLY.
