Wow, as for the fingerprint mark, it is shown on picture one, clear as day. The second discomfort you exuded that lacked, is something that must have happened during shippement. I will make sure to contact USPS, and get that resolved. But, come on Akbar, I sold this unlocked S4, for over 35% off compared to any other seller and gave you over $120. 00 of free name brand accessories. The phone was delivered as soon as possible and was packaged neatly. You are not being just with that one star rating. AND last but not least I even re-reduced the phone price for you. Sorry for your problematic issues that transpired. Even though, I didn't ever mention this phone was in Mint condition. Good day to you.
