It is factory unlocked and it is not a carrier specific phone.

This Phone was sold to me as an new unlocked phone for USA. This is acually a Canadian unlocked phone, which means LG doesnt warranty the phone outside of Canada. I need to send the phone back for a repair under the 1Yr LG warrranty some how.

Please help.
