no, only accessories mention on description are included (phone, original box, usb data cable and wall charger). since the great condition of the phone and similar listings price, the best we can go is 270.
Hope this is not test version and I had an HTC One m7 that used to get too hot. Does this have any known issue?

the phone does not have any issue. it was activated new for a few days and is in perfect condition.
As I said, I bought same one from ebay, brand new they said. That was a test device and was getting hot. I see you are not accepting any return which could be a prb if I buy and find out something like that. That's why making sure
