BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 WHITE 16GB

Brand new unused White Galaxy S4 16GB phone. Comes with box and sealed accessories. All the factory plastic is still on the phone. I just had to carefully peel one side of the film to get into the back cover for the IMEI number as the one on the box was taken by the retailer for some reason. Other than that I assure you it is brand new.

Richard C. Seller

Very new. I haven't even turned the thing on to check if it works. The only damage is the outside sleeve for the box, a little beat up but that's about it.

- May 15, 2013 - 11:13 PM

She said "that's too much $ for a phone" lol thanks though Richard!

Would you trade for a Samsung Galaxy Note II and ASUS Transformer TF700T (MInt Condition) both with extra 16GB SD Cards?

Richard C. Seller
- May 17, 2013 - 03:01 PM

Does the tablet come with a physical keyboard?

Richard C. Seller

I don't think there is anyway to stop someone from buying it in the meantime. If someone on the staff can clarify it'd be great!

Richard, if you're intent on letting her buy it tomorrow and not selling it to anyone before then, you could cancel this listing and reactivate it tomorrow when she lets you know she's ready.

Richard C. Seller

Thanks Tony! Do reactivated posts need reapproval? You guys are usually pretty quick with it so I'm not worried but just for future reference.

I don't know if I hit notify staff so I hit it for this post for the question above.

Tony McAfee Staff
May 17, 2013 - 07:16 PM

It shouldn't since it's been approved once.

May 18, 2013 - 08:40 AM

if that sale doesnt go through; i'd be willing to buy it now for 510

May 18, 2013 - 12:29 PM

Would you be able to get the free unlock code from AT&T? If so, I'm ready to buy now.

Richard C. Seller
- May 18, 2013 - 03:14 PM

@asfones, I couldn't do your offer for $530, so there's no way I can do an offer for $510.
@_eroz. I've tried and customer service says they'll unlock it after 2 years so the answer is no. There aren't any other legal ways of unlocking unfortunately. Even though the service is fairly cheap on sites like ebay I don't think it's legal in the US to do an unlock through any other entity other than the carrier.

Richard C. Seller
- May 18, 2013 - 03:14 PM

@Raven90 still interested?

May 18, 2013 - 04:31 PM

@Richard I don't believe they give you the code if you are still paying for the phone.

@Swappa, What happens to the buyer if the seller stops payment on a phone?

Richard C. Seller
- May 18, 2013 - 04:41 PM

@_eroz, I'm only a prepaid customer with at&t and got the phone through an upgrade of a friend which I paid him for as he was still happy with his iphone 4s. If he stops paying, he'd have to pay the etf or the phone would be blacklisted until the etf is paid. Granted, it's not worth the risk not to pay the etf as it can take a hit on credit score. Like with most phones, unless you buy it yourself, or if it's bought off contract you're going to need a little faith in the seller.

Richard C. Seller
- May 18, 2013 - 04:44 PM

@_eroz I didn't quite word the process correctly but overall, if the customer stops payment, it goes to collections and if not paid the phone on contract will be blacklisted. I believe that is your concern.

Tony McAfee Staff
May 18, 2013 - 05:26 PM

_eroz, He's exactly right. But I believe that the phone which would end up blacklisted would be the phone which was last active on the account. If his iPhone's data works, that's the iPhone.

May 18, 2013 - 07:11 PM

Hi Richard, I will give u the okay to sell it, as paypal is giving a lot of hiccups on my side, I've been on the phone all evening with them and they said that how this is my first time purchasing from swappa that my verification will pull through by monday on a business day, due to security settings on my account. But if you do get a sale feel free to go ahead I don't mind. But thanks for everything :)
