I bought it brand new from Swappa and used it for 2 months.
The rom, Maximum HD 44, has great battery life. And it has wake up gesture enabled. you can go to the toolbox to modify the setting. I used double click to wake up :D

I have a few questions about the item, 1) is it branded with att logo? 2) Is it the non US version? 3) Can I local pick up?

1. No, it is not branded with AT&T logo but it can work on ATT LTE.
2. It is actually a developer edition which the bootloader is already unlocked. I s-off it as well.
3. I am afraid the local pick up is not possible since I am currently out of town.
