Any marks, scratches, dings, dents, etc? On the first photo, looks like there is a mark on the bottom bezel right of center? Do you have more photos of sides & back?
I have examined it carefully and don't see any defects. That spot you see in the picture looks like a reflection from a notch in the screen protector. I am not going to remove the screen protector. Maybe do some research and see if there is some sensor in that area. I have another one of these and will look to see if it has the same tiny notch.
The phone with the pink case is not for sale. It's in the picture just to show Dan D. that the "mark" he was concerned about is the microphone. Notice the identical phone with the pink case has an opening for that "mark" er microphone. It's a 2 year old phone that has been taken care of. It's not a wedding ring.
Got a Moto X on ebay last night brand new for $234, but I wish you the best in your sale :-)
Naw, sorry. It's going to replace my wife's non-maxx Moto Razr HD and I will sell that phone if this Maxx doesn't sell this week.
