Don't bother asking for a better price, the cost of shipping, handling and fees alone make it not worth it to sell much lower, this is a real good price for such a good condition device.

There were numerous good condition 16gb and 32gb nexus 7 sold with accessories for $60-$65. Your device is a 8 gb with no accessories... So 58 is kinda not worth it, thus everyone is asking for a lower reasonable price.
