Used on T-Mobile. Works great. All features are functional. Android 5.0 operating system. Also comes with Samsung Case S View Flip Cover Folio - Red. Screen protector installed and used from day one. Includes factory charger and cable. No noticeable scratches or dents on phone. Very clean and well taken care of. I purchased new. I am the only owner. No repairs have ever been done to the Note 3 listed here. Android OS 5.0 (Lollipop). S-Pen included (see pictures). This is an unlocked phone from manufacturer, not unlocked by carrier. This Note 3 belonged to my wife. We have upgraded our phones.
