The phone is a MINT slate iPhone 5 that is 16GB. I received the brand new phone from the Apple Store less than a week ago and did not use it. There are ZERO scratches and ZERO signs of use. The phone has been deactivated from my account meaning the SIM card won't work for anyone else, so no it doesn't have a SIM card. You'd have to use your own Sprint SIM card in the phone. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
