Does the Date/Time match with current time? I recently bought one that didn't match up and had browser certificate issues

Sorry for my delay, was out of town and am back. There's no problem with the Date/Time matching on this unit. It's set to get automatic time from the network and is right on.

What version is the OS on this phone? If it has Kit Kat on it can it be factory reset to an older version? If so, what version?
