Are there are small scratches, scuff marks or dents on the corners of the phone or screen? There's been a few postings on here claiming phone is in like new condition but their phones had scuff marks and dirt in the corners.

No, there are no scratches, scuffs or dents. Once I received this phone new from Republic, I opened the box, removed the plastic protection and immediately placed it into an Otterbox case that has a screen protector built in. The phone has not been used "naked" at all. I have tried to get a picture that shows the lack of scratches, but can't seem to make it work. I can post pics of the sides, if you would like.
