This Surface Pro 2 128GB works perfectly and includes the Original Box, Packaging, Kickstand, and Power Cable and A/C Adapter for charging. NO stylus is included.

The screen has a small bubble on the top left that is not visible with the screen on and doesn't impact the touch screen functionality. The bottom left edge has a small scuff and the back has two small silver dots in the middle and a little wear on the back right corner. Overall it's in good shape apart from these few imperfections.

How come it doesn't come with the stylus? This is the surface pro 2 ? As default, it comes with a stylus so I was wondering why in this case, it doesn't .

Yes I would ship it tomorrow via USPS Priority Mail which almost always takes 2-3 days, so you'd likely have it on hand on Wednesday or Thursday.

USPS doesn't guarantee those delivery times for Priority Mail though, so if you do want it fully guaranteed we'd need to send it via Priority Express (overnight) mail, which would cost extra - to estimate that I'd need the shipping zip code.
