Andrew, we need to request additional verification for this listing. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please email [email protected] with an unedited photo of device showing the iPhone's "About" screen displaying the IMEI number and other identifiers along with the listing code visible in the photo. You can find that screen by tapping Settings > General > About. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi Rajesh,
Sorry for the delay. I uploaded some pictures.

Jul 26, 2014 - 03:42 PM

Thanks Andrew. Could you also upload sides and backside ones?

more pictures uploaded.

Thanks for the pictures.

Your original posting indicated something like "minor scuff", I think. Now it says "No signs of use".

Is the scuff on the back where iPhone is written on the back of the phone? What about the long sides, any scuffs? Pictures would be helpful.

I am asking all this to make both our expectations of what a "mint" is the same! :)

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the two new pictures! :)

I also look forward to your reply to my previous post. Could you also tell me about the general usage of the phone, history, etc? I am quite interested.

Thanks again!

240??

Jul 28, 2014 - 08:40 AM

Also, please confirm that the sim will also be included. Thanks.

I'm also curious about how old the device is / usage history and if it comes with a sim. Thanks!

Hi,
Phone was lightly use for about 1.5 months.
It was always in a case and had a screen protector.

Sorry all for the confusion.
Originally I put this in the "Good" category because I thought mint was "brand new with original box, etc".
But when I reread what Swappa defines Mint as, I felt that my phone falls into that category, so I upgraded it. If wrong I will correct it, but here are my justifications:

Swappa defines Mint as:
· Functions flawlessly = yes, my device is functioning flawlessly.
· Perfect screen condition = yes, no scratches or flaws on the screen or body.
· No signs of use = this could be questionable. it was used for 1.5 months but see no damages on the screen nor body. also all button work. no button issues.

Good
· Functions flawlessly = yes, my device is functioning flawlessly.
· Good screen condition = I feel like my device's screen condition is better than good. no scratches or flaws on the screen
· Few cosmetic imperfections = My device has no imperfections.

Hi,
I am at work now, but I'm home I will check on the sim card and take a picture of it.
I'm not sure why a lot of people are interested in the sim card.
Please note that this is a Sprint phone. Although it does has a sim card slot and is unlocked, I think Sprint will only allow it to be used internationally.
Currently I don't think you can put in a AT&T sim card in it to use domestically.
There are laws being changed at the moment, but for now at this moment, I would only buy it if you plan on using it with Sprint domestically. I have no experience with international services or phones, but most likely it would work at well.

Thanks for the detailed comments, Andrew.

Could you confirm if there is a scuff on the back of the phone? Looking at the pictures it appears so.

Regarding sim card, there should already be one in the slot when you bought the phone, and I just want to confirm that you are selling the phone with the sim.

Would you do 250?

Not sure if anyone will believe me since this is the internet, but I'm selling the phone because Sprint service got worse in my area. I was part of a family plan and everyone got fed up with bad service and left.
Originally we had really old phones and thought it was old phones not being able to process the data. Some people upgraded to new phones such as myself, but the service was still bad. I left for AT&T and had Sprint unlock it. I tried to use with AT&T when I left, but Sprint said it would only work internationally. So I can't use this phone and had to buy an AT&T compatible phone. Now I'm trying to recoup my cancellation fees.

Conclusion is to make sure you have good service in your area.
AT&T and Verizon are good in my area, Sprint, not so much.
I feel like if you have a high end phone, you should have decent service as well.
There are some areas where Sprint is comparable to AT&T and Verizon so this phone would be ideal if you live those areas.

Also... your comment... "I think Sprint will only allow it to be used internationally"... Did you mean domestically?

Hi Rajesh,
Sorry I think that was lint that was caught on the back of the phone.
I will retake the pictures tonight of the back and the sim card.

Sorry again, it at the moment it will work domestically with Sprint only. When I said, "I think Sprint will only allow it to be used internationally" I meant that if you tried to use it with any other carriers in the USA, it will not work. At least that is what they said when I had talked to them over the phone. But I think the laws are changing now where Obama has to sign off on the carriers unlocking phones. I don't know when this will go into effect. So if you have Sprint, then the phone will work. If you have AT&T or Verizon and plan on using this phone hoping that the lawmakers will pass the law, I would not get this phone because they have not worked all the details out yet.

Hi Andrew, I have exactly $250 and am willing to buy it right away. Can you work with that? Also, is shipping included? I would need it to be shipped to Miramar, Florida. Thank you in advance.

Hi Andrew, I just bought this phone. Thanks for answering all my questions and concerns. I look forward to receiving the phone. Do upload those pictures if time permits. Thanks!
