good note 2 rooted with lots of accessories

My note 2 is on good condition, a couple paint chips off near operating parts, charger plug and headphone Jack. It has a mime ghost glass screen protector, that has a slight chip on one side and a hair line crack, but this is in the screen protector only.
Accessories included are:
Otterbox case, with belt clip.
UAG case.
Goospery leather wallet case.
Samsung flip cover case.
Three batteries from Anker.
Two wall chargers for those batteries.
Thin plastic screen protector pack.

It is rooted, and is running nebula rom via safestrap.

is the nebula rom rock solid? what version of android is it based on? i would prefer cm12 but i can flash it myself honestly... you must have unlocked the bootloader is that correct? did you trip the knox counter? sorry i have so many questions but these are all more important to me than superficial looks of the phone. thanks.

the boot loader is still locked. On the note 2 safestrap is used to sidestep the boot loader. Nebula is a good rom. You can't use cm12 as it is lollipop and the note 2 rims only go up to jelly bean for Verizon phones if I am not mistaken.

i understand, so there is an impasse i don't need the extra batteries or chargers or covers since i'm replacing a note2 and i have all those accessories but i'd rather not go through the trouble of rooting myself and that is why i'd be interested in this phone.... there is someone on swappa claiming to have a 5.0.2 rom flashed and stable but i'm extremely skeptical. thanks anyways and if you change your mind my offer is 160
