I have a question, when did you first buy it? Is the screen scratched?

I bought it when it first came out. Shipped October 31 of 2013. I would say that there are a few scuffs on the glass, too tiny to say scratches. I posted a few more pictures, but really haven't been able to get any that capture the screen any better than the first one.

How's the battery holding up?!

Anecdotally, I would say that I never had the battery problems on this Nexus 5 that I have on my current Nexus 6 (or any others). I'll run AnTutu Tester though and post the results.

OK, that app seems kinda useless. It claimed that "My Device" had a better battery life than a Nexus 5. the console (*#*#4636#*#*) indicates that my battery is "Healthy"

If you'd take $250 I will buy it right away.

@Edwin There's a black Nexus 5 on sale for $250. And a white one without a charger for $260. If that's all you want to pay, you should grab one of them before it sells. But I'm the one eating shipping and all the fees, so, I'd go down to $270 for a half hour if you wanted to buy it now.

Him. You might want to check this website out before you buy. Do your homework first then you will know which way to go. I am on Cricket and pay $35.00 a month unlimited for everything. Cricket is on the AT&T network. I find I have better service on GSM than CDMA

Btw, the 5.1 update went pretty smoothly, and if anything, it seems to be running even more smoothly than it had on 5.0.1. Is currently rerooted, but would be happy to restore to factory settings.

Bryn, do you mean that you'd like me to ship it next day UPS? Or are you in Chicago? I can certainly price next day, Saturday delivery to your zip code, but I'm guessing that that is going to run at least $20. So, I'd be disinclined to reduce the purchase price, and spend double in shipping.

Jeffery, I would like to sell this, but when you made me think about my price, I decided to check the mean price for "good" Nexus 5's currently listed to see if I'm being fair. The mean price right now is $294, so my price of $275 seems like a decent discount. I'll lower it a dollar though, so it is the same price as the next lowest (black) one. And I can ship it today.
