Hello, sorry to inform you that I did not receive the item yet. I tracked the item via USPS and I can see the seller did ship the item, however, there is no update since the item left USPS shipping center. I am not sure where the package is. It has been five days after shipping and I assume the package is lost. I am not sure what to do, please help!
