I received the phone and tried to activate it for my son but was told that it will not work on our Verizon plan. This phone will only work on the ATT network, maybe the Tmobile but most likely not. Therefore this phone should've been listed as an ATT network phone. I'm not sure what unlock means to you, but unlocked to me means that it can be used on any network. Which is not the case with this phone. Can I return the phone?

O.k. so I gave my son the phone and he has been complaining that it won't hold a charge for very long. I had him try several different things and nothing really was helping so I finally to the phone to the Apple store and the battery is not working properly, it's in the red zone so they would replace it at a charge of $75 only they won't do it because the phone has been completely overhauled. It is not original therefore they will not touch or service the phone. Now I have a phone that can not be used. I could resell it back to you for $225. I referred this site to several of my friends and I have bought 3 phones thru the site and this is the only one I've had problems with from the very first shipment. Please help

Not sure what they mean by overhauled, but Im happy to replace the battery for a new one if you would like. Theyre infamous for having battery issues. Especially with all the new updates. I can get it replaced the same day it arrives. Sorry for whatever is happening. My address is
