The phone functions perfectly. If you look at the picture of the charging port, you can see where the back doesn’t fit tightly against the phone. Not sure why. Maybe you an push it on better.

This is a great opportunity to get a Nexus 5 for a great price. The only reason I'm not listing as mint is because I always list devices conservatively, to avoid any disappointment. However, the backplate doesn't sit flush with the usb port. You can see it in the 5th picture.
