Kevin U.: 1) The phone is a "Nexus" phone, made accessible for developers, and 2) it reports itself to be "unlocked" if you turn it on while simultaneously holding volume "up" and volume "down". See photo I'm uploading, last line (in red.) BTW, the writing is tiny and the uploaded picture was the best of a dozen I took. It was (barely) legible when I uploaded it but, if Swappa compresses it, it may not be legible anymore.
