Are there any scratches, dents, cracks, scuff, scrapes on the iphone? Does all the button function well? Would you take $160? Are you the original owner? Is this iphone out of contract? let me know

No, there none of the referenced blemishes on the phone. It's was in a protective case for the duration of it's life before I put it in my desk drawer. Yes, the button(s) function as designed. The phone has nothing to do with my contract with my provider. No, I will not take $160 considering it has a Lifeproof case and a Mophie battery case included.
