iPhone 5 32gb with case brand new battery and Applecare + through September 24, 2014 !

This listing is for an iPhone 5 Sprint 32gb that always came with a screen protector and I always used a case. I'm including a black small case - Ringke SLIM -- with th e phone. I'm only selling because our family just switched to ATT.

The ESN number is clean -- our contracts were paid in full.

I bought the iPhone 5 when it first came out around September 24, 2012. The good news is, I bought Applecare +, the warranty that covers broken phones and water damage and that warranty is still good until September 24th of this year. If you were to ever damage the phone for any reason, you could take it into an Apple store and get the phone replaced for a $50 deductible. I've never gotten it replaced for a physical problem. Apple allows two physical replacements per warranty -- so you could damage it twice before September.

The phone comes with its original box, a wall charger and a 3rd party lightning USB.

Damage description

The phone condition is very good. No broken glass. It's not brand new but there are not too many imperfections -- there are really small marks around the phone. But nothing on the screen area. There are little air bubbles on the front and little dings.

Although I purchased the phone in 2012, I got it replaced by Apple for a power issue I was having under a year ago. And just last week I took it into an Apple store to complain about the battery and they replaced the battery. So you are buying an under one year old phone with a BRAND NEW battery -- with the peace in mind that if you do anything to hurt the phone in the next six months you are covered by a warranty.
