Will those work with tmobile since its unlocked? Can it get 4g (HSPA+) or LTE on tmo?
Hi Dirk, this device is capable of working on HSPA and LTE on tmobile, I double checked the frequency bands via the tmobile website. However, it does state that in some areas, depending on the network you may switch between 2G/3G and the faster network.

Yes, the phone is still available and yes the s pen will ship with the phone. I didn't notice it wasn't inserted into the phone.
Once I put the at&t sim card in it will it work or do I need to do something more? Not familiar with an unlocked phone
Yes, once an Att SIM card is inserted it will work. This is actually an ATT phone but is unlocked to work with other carriers also. If you ever went out of the country and needed phone service or switched to a different GSM carrier, this phone will work by just inserting the SIM card from the service provider.
