So you are looking for a budget android phone.
Get the Moto X. And not necessarily mine, get any Moto X. You wont regret it.
Forget about the Samsung's and the HTC's. Moto X gives you an Android experience like it should be. Not with all the useless bloatware which is impossible to get rid of.
Have had mine for about 9 months now, and love it. Not many would appreciate the color scheme I chose, but I love it. Lets hope there will be a few people out there who agree. :D

The device has additional Moto Care Accident Protection till 2016-01-04 (not standard warranty, I paid extra to get 2 year protection when buying the phone). Essentially, the phone is covered for Operational and/ or mechanical breakdowns (not accessories) and Accidents that affect the functionality of the device; drops, spills till 2016. I am not sure if this warranty is transferable, but if you buy this phone and break it before 2016, I will be more than happy to assist you with the warranty process.

One BIG reason to seriously consider this listing.

Factory unlocked or code unlocked? Do you have the sim eject tool?

Its factory unlocked. I got the unlocked version from the Motorola website using Moto Maker.

I dont think I have the sim eject tool, but i can look for it. Although to be honest, I dont know if I will ever find it. :)
I guess all you need is a pin. A paper clip should do the trick too.

I have some questions: How long does a charge last? How did you make use of the 32gb (just wondering how much use the battery has had so far)? Does it have any cosmetic or functional problems? Thanks.

I like to always keep my phone charged, so i have it connected to the charger more often than not, However, a full charge should easily last for a day.
Of the total available memory of 27GB, I have used about 13GB. I have a lot of songs and pics on my phone and some big games too.
No cosmetic / functional issues whatsoever.

I am hoping to pool some more money and get the 2014 Moto X.

The only issue I had with this phone ever was the screen size.
I am not so crazy about all the phones-with-size-of-a-tablet thing, but I am a big man (6'2) and really like the feel of a like sized phone in my hands.
