Looking for some clarification, please. 32GB? WiFi only? if you reset to factory (unroot), what would the OS be?

I am sorry, but I keep getting conflicting information searching 'xyboard' and the model# in the picture 'Xoom 2". I understand they are the same device rename,..sorta?

Yea its 16 GB and Wifi only. Xoom2 and xyboard are the same, and unroot/factory reset will be honeycomb 3.1. Update hasn't released yet.
