It has been factory UNLOCKED (=certified to work on any GSM network in the world, including Net10, Cricket, Metro PCS, Straigthtalk, etc). Will provide email from AT&T as confirmation of unlock approval. Pictures of WDI added to verify that the phone has not been exposed to water internally.
Damage description
A couple of marks on the bottom decorative trim ring. Can be seen in pictures. Phone kept in case and not dropped.
