This is a one owner phone in near MINT CONDITION, there are NO SCRATCHES anywhere on this phone, it comes with a 16 gig MICRO SD Card and also the SIM Card. Comes with the OEM Charger & Cord. It also comes with a BODY GLOVE CASE that has been on it from the time I walked out of the store with it. Only reason I am selling is because I was given a Note II for a present. If you need more info just ask. This also has NEVER BEEN ROOTED
