International/unlocked Galaxy Nexus i9250. Always has had a screen protector, always has been in a case (I paid $650 to import it, so I took damn good care of it!). Switched to Nexus 4, so it has rooted 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Easily upgradeable, of course - best part of a Nexus!
