This phone is in good condition. It has a few hairline scratches on the back of the phone from regular use and a very small nick on the back of the phone. I know that it works on AT&T because I tried it. As for the other carriers I didn't try it so I am not sure. I could go to the Tmobile store tonight and try it there if you like. I don't know how to check HSPA+

The 4G or HSPA+ works on At&t. They weren't able to tell me much at Tmobile except that it will work on their network. I found this online: since model was not specifically made for use on the AT&T network, you will not be able to access LTE. You will have access to HSPA+ though.
