It almost looks like something is trapped on the screen next to your index finger in the third picture. Could you post another picture of the screen up close and on?

Just posted two new close up screen pictures, one with the screen on and one with it off. The only blemishes on the screen are those hairline scratches I mentioned, but they're not noticeable when the screen is on; there's nothing stuck under the screen.
