About a month ago I purchased a phone and everything seemed to check out fine, except when I activated it with my number, it came up as a 'test device'. I was told by my provider that this should self resolve in a short time. Well, now a month later, it still shows up as a 'test device', showing that I am roaming most everywhere I go, blocking any data, and not allowing me to message. My provider thinks that my phone is rooted. It was advertised as not rooted. I'm just not sure where to start with fixing the problem and thought I would start with you. Would you advise contacting the seller at this time? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
