Is the phone carrier unlocked and is it rooted or stock ROM? Is there any scratch, scuffs on the back? When is the price going back to $215?

No rom or rooted and about the phone it had the firm 4.4.2 the phone doesn't have any scratches on it. I always make sure my phone are well taken care of just in case I want to sell them.
