This is a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II (16 GB) Titanium Gray with original box and tons of additional accessories (including 2 extra batteries and 2 cases)! See description below for description of what's included.

Damage description

-- New glass replacement was done by professional repair shop. Some very light scratches or scuffs can be seen with screen turned off and held in direct sunlight, but are not noticeable with screen turned on.
-- Removable back cover has a small chip on the side as well as scuffs on the back. However the Flip Cover that comes included is brand new and can be used in place of the original back panel if desired. Also, the Protective Cover + that is included also covers this small chip.
-- S Pen has a small scuff on it
-- The protective case has some scuffs on the back
