Price is firm & yes if someone buys it and wants To use Tmobile or simple mobile etc. I can set the correct APN MMS for call,text,picture text, data for t mobile etc. use before mailing to make simplier for you.

You can use T-Mobile and in network settings you can input correct settings for data, picture messaging etc..You have to google for other answer I know nothing about.
