The price is firm. Sorry about that, I just checked and it's actually 4 weeks. I purchased it from the Motorola website and I have the receipt that was emailed to me for proof.

In light of the recent development of Motorola selling it for one hour on 1/27 for $299 & $329 thru Valentine's day. I will have to pass. Unless you can lower it to $250.

The phone is still $400 without tax. On 1/27, it will only be a sale with limited quantities that will probably end in 5 minutes like the last time there was a sale. Even if you are able to purchase then, the price will be about $320 with tax. I have already adjusted my price for the promotional price for my phone that is in perfect condition overall with new accessories. I don't why I should be dropping my price all the way to $250 for a $400 phone, but that's your choice.
