This device is an unlocked, barely used Nexus 4! I have had it for less than a month, but switched carriers to Verizon Wireless. The Device still has the initial screen protector. I will include my charger with the device, along with a pink and white case if interested.

Damage description

None! The original screen protector is still attached, it has minor scratches that will come off when removed.
