@Patrick, it's a Nexus--of course it has been previously rooted! :) But it has been returned to factory stock condition (i.e., unrooted) for purposes of selling. I can even relock the bootloader if the buyer prefers, though I have not currently done that.

@Patrick, Thanks for your interest, but I can't go that low. No Mint condition 32GB has sold that low, and the lowest current offer price on Swappa is $285. If mine hasn't sold in a week or so, I would entertain $250 if you were still interested, but I can't go that low just yet.

@Chris, thanks. Actually, these two in "Mint" sold yesterday for $260 (http://swappa.com/listing/MUZ273/view and http://swappa.com/listing/PUR217/view). I'll offer you the same $260. With the announcement of Nexus 6 looming in weeks this is great deal, I'm sure most fives will sell for that or less once the six is available. $260 is the best I can do. Let me know. Thanks.

@Patrick, Alright, fair enough. I'm not sure the Nexus 6 is going to be direct competition with the Nexus 5 since it is apparently going to be a phablet, but point taken. Here's the deal though, I won't have time to box it and prepare the shipping label tonight, so I would not be able to ship it to you until Thursday (USPS Priority, signature confirmation), so it would arrive to you on Friday or more likely Saturday. If that works, I'll lower the price (but please know once I lower the price it will open it up to anybody, and I once lowered the price after having a conversation like this with someone, and a random buyer jumped in and bought it). If I don't hear back from you tonight and you are interested, then I'll wait to lower the price until tomorrow.

@Chris, thanks. I appreciate your willingness to negotiate. Is there anyway possible you can ship tomorrow? A Saturday delivery wont work for me. I'm in a bind for a phone because I dont have one at the moment, so need it asap. If we can confirm the shipment date first that would be great. Then I'll buy ASAP!

@Patrick, I would not have had time to pack/ship today (Wednesday) anyways, but in light of Ruben's offer, I have to go with Ruben if he is still interested. If things don't pan out with Ruben for some reason, I'll keep you posted, but unfortunately Thursday is the day I would ship, so if that is too late for you I guess it won't work.
