It was paid in full at the time of sale. I am more than happy to provide a bill of sale and written guarantee of the phone being able to activate and be used on the original carrier. My understanding is that the T-mobile phones come unlocked and can be used on other carriers, but I cannot guarantee that part.

Are you sure this is an original T-Mobile S5, I noticed that your 2nd pictures shows a Welcome Start Guide which usually is in color not B&W and T-Mobile printed on top, I don't see it on yours, can you explain.

This is a new in the wrapper Galaxy S5 & it's guaranteed to work on T-mobile and unlocked for AT&T or other GSM carriers. The Esn has been verified and clear for activation.
