Hi: can it be activated with Sprint as is? Does it come with a Nano SIM card? If not, is Spring going to provide me with one? I have Sprint but I don't have smartphones. Would I be able to check the ESN if I decide to buy it? Lastly, does it have any manufacturer warranty? Thanks.

Mahmood - It does not come with a SIM card. All you have to do is stop by your local Sprint store and they will be able to provide you with one. The ESN is clean and once you have purcahsed the phone, the ESN will be provided for you. The warranty should still cover the phone since it is brand new. Hi Whitney - my Sprint rep said that new-in-the-box phones as this one is suppose to be come complete WITH a SIM card - why does your NOT include this part - yet you say it's new - can you help explain? this difference makes me leery to buy online like this - Thanks
