Black iPhone 4S (32GB) in good condition.

This phone was used by my son. Screen protector on it from the get go - it still has a matte screen protector on it. I am leaving that on. The screen is in excellent shape with no scratches. I see some wear on the aluminum side band from the various cases it's been in. The reason I marked this as fair instead of good is that the power button on top is odd. It works but requires a firm push. I don't know if something inside is out of alignment or what. The second is a ding he put on the back case on the edge and one on the lower left corner by the home button. See the photos for my attempt to show them. He never turned the phone off, just set the screen to turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity and charged it.

This phone comes with the original box, instructions, charging block, and USB cord as well as an Otterbox Commuter case.

Damage description

Damage: nick/dent in the back case near the volume buttons; nick/dent by the home button.
Imperfection: power button requires a firm push.
