I've recently upgraded my phone so I had this one factory unlocked and I'm not selling it rather than having it sit in the box on my counter. Since it's unlocked it's great for traveling out of the country and using a prepaid sim card or just using it on one of the major carriers here in the US. This comes in the box with original accessories and would make a perfect gift due to the presentation. This listing won't last long!

I am interested in buying this phone. I see that you listed it as no signs of use. In picture 4, i see a few white spots on top of the phone. Are those scratches?
