Android Version 4.1.2. You have to check out xda-developers.com to change the android version.

You've listed the phone as mint and marked no signs of use... The back of the phone has scratches all over it & the area around the screen appears to have nicks as well. How is this a mint phone?

To convert it back, take it to Verizon. They will activate it on Verizon with a new SIM.
