Device is in good condition, with a couple small scratches along the sides, which are purely cosmetic and shouldn't affect functionality in any way. Device has been rooted and is running the latest Cyanogenmod release as of today (11/14/2014), but this can be changed before shipment as desired.
Damage description
A couple slight dings along the sides of the phone. Screen, ports, and rockers are all working great.
